Return & Cancellation Policy

1. ORDER CANCELLATION

You may submit a cancellation request by contacting customer service before your order status changes to “Being Prepared” or “Shipped”. For orders already in preparation, the return procedure will apply.

2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN CONDITIONS

The consumer has the right to withdraw from distance sales contracts within 14 (fourteen) days from delivery, without giving any reason.

However, for food products and hygiene-sensitive products, certain exceptions exist. Specifically, products that may spoil quickly or whose packaging has been opened and are not suitable for return for health and hygiene reasons are exempt from the right of withdrawal.

3. RETURN CONDITIONS

• Products to be returned must be sent with the original invoice and all accessories
• Product packaging, security band and labels must be undamaged and in a resalable condition
• Returns of products damaged by use or not hygienically suitable for resale may not be accepted

4. RETURN PROCESS

2. After your return request is approved, send the product with an approved carrier to the address specified
3. After the product reaches the Seller and eligibility is confirmed, the return process will begin

5. REFUND

• The product price will be refunded within at most 14 days of return approval
• The time for the refund to appear may vary due to your bank’s procedures
• The initial delivery shipping fee may not be refunded except in cases provided for by legislation

6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
